Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we fix it.

7-day size exchange

If the size doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you want. The item must be unused, unwashed and with the original tags. We'll arrange the exchange; if the new size is out of stock, we'll offer another style or a refund.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, has the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund for that item.

Items we can't exchange

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or have tags removed.
• Items bought in a final sale marked “No exchange”.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse a Cash on Delivery parcel.

How refunds are paid

For prepaid (UPI) orders, refunds go back to the same UPI account within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your UPI ID or bank account.
